Introduction

Parkside, adetached Victorian houseis situated at the entrance to Taylor Park, with convenient access to the park available at the Prescot Road entrance. The property enjoys a pleasant view of the park and Grange Park Golf Course to the rear. It is easily accessible from the main trunk roads and is close to shops and post offices. There are parking areas to the front and side of the building and there are two large gardens to the rear of the building, hosting a variety of plants/shrubs, patio areas and a conservatory. Parkside is a private Residential Care Home for the elderly and offers thirty one places in a warm homely atmosphere

ACCOMMODATION

Parkside rooms are centrally heated and there are toilets and bathrooms on each floor. There are three T.V. lounges, a sitting room and a dining room.There is a call system in all rooms to enable staff to be alerted at any time should you require assistance. There are 19 single bedrooms, 17 of which have en-suite facilities and six twin / double bedrooms. Some rooms have T.V.and telephone included. All first floor rooms are accessible via a passenger lift or a stair lift.

MEALS

Parkside maintains the family feel with home cooked meals. Attentive to individual needs, and personal requests, diet is regarded as a high priority. Parkside Residential Home daily programme includes early morning tea breakfast mid morning drink dinner (silver service)afternoon drink tea evening drink and supper Drinks and snacks are available 24 hours a day on request.

SERVICES

Parkside laundry facilities are provided and also the services of a visiting hairdresser, chiropodist, dentist and optician. Special diets can be catered for where necessary and there is also provision made for any spiritual needs. Residents are welcome to bring into the home any personal possessions or items of furniture, provided we can accommodate them suitably. Visiting is encouraged and there are no set visiting times. When you come to stay at Parkside, you may want to be taken care of by your own doctor. If for any reason this would not be possible, we can arrange on your behalf for another doctor to look after you should you need any treatment. Experienced staff are in attendance day and night. A
